The LMU International Cutting-Edge Conference (LICCON, 2026) is a premier gathering designed for sharing the latest insights into pioneering science, technological innovation and cutting-edge practices.
The conference is designed to be the definitive platform where pioneering science, technological innovation and cutting-edge practices converge to shape the major transformations in Science and Engineering Technologies across the African continent — fostering a platform for resilient innovations.
All accepted papers will be published in a Scopus-indexed journal outlet, subject to the journal's review process. Outstanding contributions will be recognized with Best Paper and Best Presenter awards.

Assoc. Prof. Samuel is a distinguished researcher and Senior Member of the IEEE, IEEE-SMC, and IEEE-EMBS. His work spans robotics, intelligent systems, human-machine interaction, and Industry 4.0 technologies. He brings a wealth of international academic and industrial expertise to LICCON 2026.
As the inaugural keynote speaker, he will address the evolving role of robotic ecosystems in transforming industrial production and service delivery across the global economy.
LICCON 2026 is proudly hosted and organized by distinguished academics and administrators of Landmark University.
